BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible for  develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction , Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives, Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc, Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, and Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable University majoring in Engineering /Biochemical/Science /Chemical Engineering, etc GPA min 2,75
  • 3 years progressive experience at the same position as Business Development Manager/Sales Manager/Product Manager.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

PRODUCT MANAGER

Develop products by identifying potential products; Conducting Market Research; Generating Product Requirements; Determined the specifications, Scheduled of Principal to Purchase the Product, Pricing, and time-integrated Plan for the introduction of the product; Develop Marketing Strategies.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable University majoring in Engineering /Biochemical/Science /Chemical Engineering, etc    GPA min 2,75
  • Min. 3 years progressive experience at the same position as Product Manager.
  • Excellent in Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy.
  • Excellent command of English (Speaking/reading/writing).
  • Ability in computer literate,  troubleshooting software
  • Hard worker, energy, teamwork and able to work individually, good interpersonal relationship, good communication, strong analytical and problem solving
  • Availability to frequent travel around Indonesia

PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities are creating demand for products in relation Medical Devices / user and non-user as well as to establish good relations with relationships, user and non-user in order to support the achievement of sales targets of the line which it is responsible through: Marketing activities (presentations, product demos, round table discussions, trial / sampling, etc.) Market intelligent / market surveys, competitor survey, Update relation database, user and non-user accurately.

Implementation of our instruments / products / applications on the client side, monitor and maintain instruments which is implemented in order to run properly, educating clients either in person or over the phone to help manage instrument function or solve problems, perform troubleshooting, provide training / training to users.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsible for all sales activities, such as searching for new clients, establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers; persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs; negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions; recording and maintaining client contact data; supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; preparing  sales reports.

Requirements :
  • Minimum D3/S1 graduated from Biology/Chemical
  • Min. 1 years experience in sales & marketing  at the laboratory instrument company,  medical and/ or pharmaceutical industry or fresh graduated is welcome
  • Strong seling skills and have a creative problem solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, hard working, able to work under pressure, self motivated.
  • Strong documented sales results.
  • Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willing to be placed in the regions throughout Indonesia.
